I may have ordered Patta products from a fraudulent website?
We’re sorry to hear you may have purchased from a scam website.
Patta is aware of some fraudulent websites that are currently circulating and we are doing all we can to defend our brand by having these websites removed, but unfortunately this process is not instant.
If you haven't ordered from our only official websites (www.patta.nl, www.patta.co, or www.pattaclothing.us) we would recommend contacting your bank immediately to discuss how you can request a 'chargeback' and reclaim any funds that you've spent.
Please note that PATTA will never contact you and ask you to provide password info or request you to change your passwords, and we will never ask you to provide any personal details or provide payment details via email, or revisit our website to submit / repeat payment details.
Advice on detecting a scam website:
- Check the address bar to ensure the URL starts with https (not http) and that the padlock icon is visible to confirm the connection is secure.
- Assess the price of the item. PATTA products RRPs are full price and rarely discounted.
- Watch out for poor English such as spelling and grammar mistakes or phrases that do not sound quite right.
- Look for reliable contact information. Can you contact the company either by telephone, email or social media?
- Check for a 'contact' page on the website. If so, does the 'contact' page only offer a form to fill out as this could also be an indication of a scam website.
- Check the shipping and returns policy as well as the companies 'terms and conditions' page.
- All communications from PATTA channels will come from an official @patta email address.
