How long does shipping take?
PLEASE NOTE: the following information regarding the shipping times only account for the time it takes the carrier to deliver your parcel with the service you have chosen. This does NOT include the time that we need to process your order to get it shipped out. We always try to ship out your order the same or the next business day. When we have exclusive/collab launches, we may need more time to process all the incoming orders.
Budbee locker delivery is typically within 48 hours after selection, with customers receiving a code to collect their parcel at a convenient time. The specific delivery time for a parcel depends on the retailer's fulfillment, but once the package is ready and in the locker, collection is flexible.
- Delivery timeframe:Deliveries to lockers can happen within 48 hours of being selected at checkout.
- Collection method:Once your package arrives at the Budbee Box, you will receive a code via SMS or the app. You can use this code to unlock the locker and retrieve your parcel at any time.
- Customer flexibility:This allows for flexible collection, as you are not restricted to the evening delivery times associated with home delivery.
- How to use:Simply choose the Budbee Box option at checkout. You will be notified when your package is ready for pickup.
